Fat Loss Details

This next section goes into details that are all linked in some way with the fat loss basics in the previous section.

Knowing these details makes a big change in your mindset. You come to realize that fat loss is a lot more about method than it is about suffering.

If you have a condition, reading about it might trigger the right discussion with the right physician. If you do not, then you can start on your way to losing 50, or even 100 lbs safely. Fast? No. You can lose muscle, water, gut flora and glycogen fast (which is why people often report losing 5-10 pounds quickly). But the fat s another story. There are 4000 calories in a pound of fat. The best you can do is more or less a 1000 calorie (actually everyonecan’t necessarily do it), and it isn’t very reasonable to aim for a 1000 average daily deficit.

At 500 calories a day on average, that’s 15 000 a month, or 3.5 lbs of fat a month.

Adding a good workout routine will help slowly increase that average, but as mentioned previously, some preparation is required, and that comes mainly from shifting your diet.

When the fat loss details section is up, I will start on the practical section, with tips on how to actually make it a reality. That will be about how I applied the knowledge to get rid of fat for good. I really did that, and I know you can too.
