Dehydration

June 30th, 2009

Dehydration is the best known, and a very common cause of fake fat loss.

When you work out, you sweat. But even if you do not, your body uses water to expel toxins from the body, through the skin and urination, inĀ  the form of ureic acid.

That water has to be constantly replaced. You need it in the blood, in the cell cytoplasm, in the joints for lubrication, and… for fat loss.

Water is an essential component of the fat loss chemical formulas (both peripheral and mitochondrial lipolysis). In short, if you do not have enough water in your system, those chemical reactions are slowed, or stopped entirely because water isn’t available for them to happen.

So much effort lost for something so simple: lack of water!

You can easily lose five pounds of water and not even notice. This is why 99% of people are actually dehydrated. And since water is necessary for fat loss, 99% of people struggling with fat would make it much easier on themselves if they actually drank their 8 glasses of water each day!

Read this website thoroughly and you’ll avoid common fat loss mistakes that have been ruining your efforts!
